为适应并服务经济发展新常态，进一步落实创新驱动发展战略，突出生物技术在推动经济转型、服务地方经济社会发展方面的作用，中华人民共和国科学技术部与天津市人民政府将于2015年7月23～25日在天津市举办2015国际生物经济大会（Bioeconomy 2015）。

We are pleased to announce that the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government will hold the 2015 International Conference for Bioeconomy (Bioeconomy 2015) from July 23 to 25, 2015 in Tianjin. As part of a response to the new normal of the economy, this conference is convened to translate innovation into an economic growth driver and enhance the role of biotechnology in driving economic transition and local socio-economic development.
